This custom built two bedroom, one bath private home overlooking beautiful Little Bass Lake offers the ideal North woods vacation destination for both families and fishermen. This cottage offers peaceful accommodations on a non-motor boat 36 acre lake.

Located three miles from Eagle River Chain of Lakes public boat landing.

· Five miles from downtown Eagle River

· Five miles from Nicolet National Forest

Comfortable accommodations, beautiful Little Bass Lake, and the entire
Eagle River Area with its hundreds of miles of picturesque shoreline and thousands of acres of clean, clear water will make your North woods vacation a very special one!

Outdoor amenities at the home include:

· a Weber charcoal grill

· fire pit with bench swing

· private pier

· 2 canoes.

Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave for mealtime convenience.

A family room, complete with a TV/VCR/DVD and a gas stove, is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the lakes.

The cottage sleeps up to 6:

· A private bedroom offers a king-size bed.

· A semi-private bedroom contains a bunk bed, with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.

· A futon is located in the living area.

Rates

Weekly rate $600.00
(Saturday to Saturday)
Daily Rate $100.00
(5 night minimum)

Linens and towels are furnished

Check in time 3:00 PM
Check out time 9:00 AM

Deposit of $200.00 to reserve cottage must be received within 15 days of initial reservation.

Full payment must be made two weeks prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellations earlier than 30 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit unless it can be re-rented.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.


Deposit will be returned immediately after cleaning service is finished and has verified that everything is in good condition.
